678mm's Responsible
Gaming Culture

Play for fun and stay in control of your money, time, and wellbeing — read about the tools and guidance we have in place to help you do that.

Let's see gaming as entertainment only

For the players who trust us at 678mm, fun always comes first. We always keep in mind that online gaming should be one enjoyment in life, not something that changes your life. Playing out of fear of losing money, or continuing to play thinking you can win back what you lost — these are irresponsible ways to play and should be avoided.

We provide tools to stay in control at any stage, a checklist to review your own behaviour, and ways to get help. Because responsible gaming is a sign of being a good player.

Only players aged 21 and above may play

Only players who are 21 years of age or older may open an account and play on the 678mm platform. Underage gaming is strictly prohibited and actively prevented.

Tools to self-manage

Money Control

Deposit Limit

Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Stick to the amount you set for yourself in advance so you never spend more than you need to.

Time Control

Time-Out Break

Pause your gaming temporarily for 1 to 30 days. During this period your account will be locked and you won't be able to play — giving you a chance to step back.

Self-Restriction

Self-Exclusion

If you feel a gambling problem is developing, you can exclude yourself for 6 months to 5 years. The account cannot be reopened during this period. Your wellbeing always comes first.

Player Protection

Age Verification

Age is verified at the time of account registration to confirm you are 21 or older. Any attempt to play underage is strictly blocked.

Financial Control

Gaming History

You can review your gaming history and deposit/withdrawal records at any time. This helps you analyse and stay in control of how you play.

Support

Managing your money and time well

A responsible player plans their money and time before playing. The tips below can help you play in a better way.

To avoid daily problem gambling Good practice
Set a loss limit in advance Decide on a budget before you play and do not go over it
Gambling to recover losses Accept that losing is a normal part of gambling
Using household money to gamble Only use entertainment money — do not gamble with money set aside for daily expenses
Borrowing money to gamble Only play with money you already have, and stop when your budget runs out
Playing late into the night Set a time limit before you start and stop when that time is reached

When you play with an amount that does not affect your budget, gambling stays fun and stress-free. Knowing when to stop once your money is gone is the mark of a good player.

Common misconceptions and the truth behind them

The belief that "if I keep playing, I will win it back"

Each game result is independent of the last. A previous loss does not increase your chances of winning next time. This kind of thinking can lead to losing even more money.

The belief that "the more skilled I become, the more I will always win"

Luck plays a bigger role than skill in gambling. No player can win consistently over the long run — always keep in mind that it is entertainment.

The belief that "bonuses will help me win more"

A bonus is simply an extra that makes playing more enjoyable. If you find yourself playing more just because of a bonus, see it for what it is — a supplement, not a reason to gamble.

The belief that "it is not a problem as long as the family does not know"

Hiding it is often a sign that a problem is growing. If you are finding it hard to control your gambling, talk openly with your family or reach out to our Support team.

Preventing underage gambling

678mm does not allow anyone under 21 to play. If children or young family members have access to your computer, phone, or tablet, the following steps can help you block access to this site.

Password protection

Use a strong password that no family member can guess.

Log out after use

When you finish playing, log out of your 678mm login and close the account.

Device controls

Turn on Parental Control settings on your phone or tablet to block access.

Keep personal information private

Keep your gambling history records and payment card details out of reach of children.

What you should know about responsible gambling

678mm's Myanmar-language Live Chat is open 24/7 and you can request Self-Exclusion there. Contact the Support team and choose a period (6 months to 5 years) — the account cannot be reopened during that time. You can also request it by email at [email protected].

Lowering a limit (increasing the deposit amount) takes effect after a 7-day delay. This delay is built in to protect against impulsive changes. Tightening a limit (reducing the deposit amount) takes effect immediately.

Once the Time-Out period is over, you can request to regain access via Live Chat. Support will not remind you in advance — the account can only be reopened once the full period has passed.

Requests for gaming limits, Self-Exclusion applications, gaming-related questions, account closure requests, and discussions about problem gambling — all of these can be handled through Live Chat (24/7) and [email protected].

Send an email to [email protected] with the relevant account details. The 678mm Support team will investigate and take immediate action if needed. All such reports are kept confidential.

Try answering the self-assessment questions on this page. Chasing losses, spending beyond your budget, hiding your gambling, and strained family relationships — if two or three or more of these apply to you, contact Support right away and use the tools available.
