678mm Terms & Conditions and
Service Agreement

The 678mm platform ("Platform", "we") provides online entertainment services for players in Myanmar. These terms and conditions ("T&C", "this document") form a legally binding agreement between you and the Platform.

By accessing the 678mm.im website, registering an account, or playing any games, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published on the website will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2.1 Account Registration Requirements

• You must be 21 years of age or older to register an account.
• Each person may open only one account. Opening more than one account by the same person is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts must be registered with accurate and complete personal information. Providing false information may result in account suspension.
• The phone number or reference number used to log in must be correct and valid.

2.2 Account Security Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for all activities that take place on your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach, contact us immediately.
• We will never ask for your password through any live chat software or phone.

2.3 Account Verification and Suspension

678mm may temporarily suspend and review any account at any time and for any reason. This includes mismatched information, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, or violations of these terms. If no breach is found after the review, the account will be restored to normal.

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: 5,000 Ks (by any method).
• Deposit methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, Bank Transfer.
• Deposits are processed in Myanmar Kyat (Ks/MMK) only.
• Only the methods we support may be used for deposits; deposits from third-party or another person's account are not allowed.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 30,000 Ks.
• Withdrawal processing time: normally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be sent back to the same account used for the deposit.
• To withdraw funds that include bonus money, the wagering requirements must be met (see Section 4).
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until account verification is complete at the time of the request.

3.3 Financial Security

678mm protects your financial transactions with SSL encryption and anti-money laundering policies. If suspicious financial activity is detected, we may place a hold on the transfer and investigate.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

678mm's welcome bonus matches 100% of your first deposit amount, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. To claim this bonus, the following wagering requirement must be met:

Wagering example — if the bonus amount is 200,000 Ks, you must wager 200,000 × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks before any winnings earned from that bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus is issued once per player, per account, per phone number, per IP address, or per payment method.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash — winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• If fraudulent attempts to claim bonuses are detected, the bonus will be voided and the account may be suspended.
• We may modify or cancel bonus offers without prior notice.

5.1 Strictly Prohibited Conduct

• Player Account Collusion: Players working together to manipulate game outcomes is not permitted.
• Third-Party Software: Do not use any software, bots, or AI tools during play that can predict game outcomes.
• Money Laundering: Using the gaming platform as a tool for money laundering is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting System Vulnerabilities: If you discover a bug or vulnerability, report it immediately; do not exploit it.
• Dishonest Bonus Claiming: Anyone found manipulating bonuses to extract funds may have their account suspended at our discretion.

5.2 Fair Play Policy

678mm guarantees fair play for every player. Games run on an RNG (Random Number Generator) system that produces unbiased results. In live casino games, you play with real-time dealers and game results cannot be altered.

All content, designs, logos, images, software, and code on the 678mm website are protected by 678mm's intellectual property laws. Copying, distributing, or selling any of these materials without our permission is not allowed.

Players may use the platform for personal entertainment only. Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing any service for commercial purposes is not permitted.

7.1 Our Limitations

678mm is an entertainment service platform and takes no responsibility for losses resulting from gameplay, poor decisions, or players' own gambling-related mistakes.

• We are not responsible for game disruptions caused by internet connection issues.
• We are not liable for player session interruptions or financial losses in circumstances beyond our control ("Force Majeure").
• We are also not directly responsible for delays caused by third-party payment services.

7.2 Platform Suspension and Changes

678mm reserves the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance, security checks, or other operational reasons. We will make every effort to notify players in advance when this happens.

10.1 Closure by Player

Players may request to close their account at any time by contacting us via Live Chat. Funds that have already met wagering requirements can be withdrawn before closure; bonus funds will be forfeited.

10.2 Suspension by Us

We reserve the right to immediately suspend a player's account due to a breach of these terms, detected fraud, or legal reasons. In such cases, bonuses and any funds obtained through violations will be forfeited, and only the player's verified personal deposits will be refunded.
